While biweekly sessions offer the best results, I understand that’s not always feasible. I aim to keep my services accessible and recommend scheduling sessions no less than every 6–8 weeks. Hello, I'm Michelle! A veteran and Southern California native, I am an experienced massage therapist with a diverse educational background. Beginning my training in 2010 at Cortiva Institute in Seattle, I built a strong foundation in Western-based massage techniques. From 2013-2014, I further expanded my education at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, where I studied Eastern-based approaches to bodywork and earned an Applied Associate's Degree in Holistic Health Science.
While specializing in deep tissue therapy and sports/stretching techniques, I am also passionate about injury rehabilitation, prenatal, and oncology clients. With my varied training in a wide range of modalities, including Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release, I bring a well-rounded and eclectic approach to therapeutic massage that provides results-driven treatments. Every session is fully customized to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment experience.
